The Symphony of the Southwest is proud to present Link Up: The Orchestra Sings, an engaging and interactive concert experience that brings students and professional musicians together through the power of music.
Created by Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute, Link Up invites young audiences to explore how music connects us through singing, listening, movement, and active participation. Throughout the concert, students become part of the performance, joining the orchestra in a celebration of melody, rhythm, and musical expression.
Featuring your beloved Symphony of the Southwest, this educational concert highlights the unique partnership between schools and the arts, inspiring the next generation of musicians, performers, and lifelong music lovers. Audiences will discover how voices and instruments work together to tell stories, create emotion, and build community through music.
Many schools will participate in the event. In the meantime, feel free to join the fun and bring your children to the MAC! The show is crafted for children in grades 3, 4, and 5.
Join us for this joyful morning of learning and discovery as we celebrate the universal language of music in Link Up: The Orchestra Sings.
